VT
Visual NDT
A certified technician examines the material for surface-level discontinuities, corrosion, and misalignment using the naked eye, magnifiers, mirrors, and borescopes. Often the first step in any inspection.
UT
Ultrasonic Testing
High-frequency sound waves are transmitted through the material to detect internal flaws, measure thickness, and assess concrete uniformity — including UPV testing on columns, slabs and beams.
MT
Magnetic Particle NDT
A magnetic field is induced into ferromagnetic steel components. Iron particles gather at flux leakage points, making surface and near-surface cracks and discontinuities clearly visible.
PT
Dye Penetrant NDT
A liquid dye is applied to the surface and drawn into cracks by capillary action. After removal, a developer reveals the defect indications — effective on non-porous metals, ceramics, and plastics.

Eddy Current NDT
Electromagnetic induction is used to detect surface and sub-surface flaws in conductive materials. Particularly useful for measuring coating thickness, detecting cracks, and evaluating weld quality.

Acoustic Emission NDT
Passive sensors detect high-frequency stress waves emitted when a material deforms or cracks — allowing real-time monitoring of structural damage progression under load.
LT
Leak Testing
Detects and locates leaks in pressure vessels, pipelines, and containment systems using pressure change, bubble emission, or tracer gas methods — ensuring containment integrity.

Infrared Thermography
